Tool Trolley, LLC introduces the new HDPE/PVC Tool Trolley Modular Tool-Guide System. Because it is a modular system, you purchase only the components that you need. The Tool Trolley Modular Tool-Guide System is easy to use, light weight and produces accurate cuts every time. The High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Trolley Carriages can be used independently or combined with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Mounting Plates. The slick HDPE Trolley Carriages glide smoothly down the track for a clean straight splinter-free cut. PVC Mounting Plates make the attachment and removal of tools a breeze. The Circular Saw Mounting Plate attaches a zero-clearance-insert for a splinter-free cut. The Router Mounting Plate has a 4-inch range of adjustment for precise placement of the router bit on the cut line. Tool Trolley will custom make a mounting plate for special needs such as the center-cut mounting plate designed for the Hilti Grinder HD500D with dust shroud that is used in Decorative Concrete work. The Tool Trolley LLC has received a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent Office preceding final issuance of a patent for the Tool Trolley Modular Tool-Guide System.
A customer from Portland Oregon purchased our new HDPE Zero-Clearance-Fit Circular Saw Trolley and 18 feet of rail for his Decorative Concrete business. He purchased the trolley in order to cut a checkerboard pattern in his customer's garage floor. A week later we received an email with a picture of the finished floor and his comment that "the system worked flawlessly. as you can see from the photo it came out perfect and the customer is happy."
Our customer also commented on a benefit he wasn't expecting. He hooked a vacuum onto the discharge nozzle on his saw and the result of having a zero-clearance-fit HDPE carriage is that the concrete dust has only one place to go and that is up through the blade kerf in the HDPE carriage directly into the dust port on his saw resulting in a nearly dustless operation. A pleasant change from normal operations and a real time and money saver too. We've only touched the surface of the many features and benefits of Tool Trolleys.
